Return and or Refund Policy: 

Any and all items are covered by a defective merchandise policy and will be replaced by Vape Smugglers at our suppliers discretion. Items must be unopened, unused and in original retail packaging. 
We stand behind the quality of the items we offer, if you have any problems with your product please contact us for possible exchange, replacement or repair. (E Liquid is only replaced for same item and at our discretion, as a consumable product if you simply don't like it, sorry, everyone has different likes and dislikes, that's just part of this industry.)

If items are damaged in transit please refuse package, do not open, so that we (Vape Smugglers) can take appropriate action with the courier. 
Vape Smugglers does not have the ability to issue return shipping labels and any returned merchandise will be at the senders expense, however if the item meets our exchange, warranty policy guidelines Vape Smugglers will issue a refund of the shipping cost, a copy of the postage receipt must be provided. 
Please contact Vape Smugglers via email prior to returning any merchandise, an RMA# will be provided. If any merchandise is returned without an appropriate RMA# it will be refused and returned to sender.
